With been Irish I feel like we really are the queens of tan, our skin is not built for to much sun and anyway even if we wanted to tan we really never get the sun to begin with.. So over the years I have probably used every tan thats on the market but in the my old age and wisdom there are a few I now love and stick too..
When it comes to tan I apply on myself I use wow brown. Wow brow is made in Ireland so its specifically for and made for Irish skin.. This tan is just so easy to put on and fairly idiot proof as you can see the areas where it is and basically where you have missed.. For best results use it with a mitt.. I have gotten nearly a year out of each bottle cause it spreads so easily across the skin… This tan also has a nice nice smell not a very strong fake tan smell.. Its euro 21.99 and for me i think its great value..
I also use jane iredales Tantasia.. This tan is kinda expensive and because you build the colour up by using it over 3 to 4 days it really doesn’t go too far.. I really only use this to maintain a tan that I already have on.. Again really nice smell doesn’t leave the skin sticky but not the best value for money.. Its dollars 37 I know you can buy Jane Iredale at home so this product will defiantly be in salons..
I have tried recently the baby brown, made in Ireland and had huge hype around it so I contacted them for a sample.. I hated this tan I looked orange and dirty and it fade really badly… I think its euro 20 and really not worth it in my option..
For Instant tan I do use St tropez instant tan I like this because ite easy to apply and just as easy to come off, gives a lovely glow.. IT is $18 so really cheap..
And I also use st tropez skin illuminator this I love gives such a beautiful golden tint to skin leaving it look healthy and glowing like the goddess you are.. It is in 2 colours gold and rose I have the gold one.. It is dollars 22 so a bit more expensive for a smaller amount but worth every cent.
